@Azur_Fenix @tamamo ask em if they ever interacted with a fox woman in a lucid dream :cirno_heh:

@luithe @tamamo probably not, but I have, many times. Usually it's a coin flip between a fox woman or a Lamia :snek: :tamamo_dance:

I see what you mean by your consciousness panicking because my mind couldn't fall asleep fully but my body was

@luithe @tamamo alot of practice, helps if you have practiced meditation and similar. Lucide dreaming is close to that. If you with practice, reach sleep through meditation you can get a feel for things and familiarize yourself while how it feels to be asleep and dreaming, since deep meditation basically is rem sleep. If you can train yourself to recognize when your asleep and dreaming, you can practice holding on to it. Often when you realize you are in a dream, you get ejected because of the conflict and panic of your conscious mind and not being use to not being able to feel in the traditional sense since it's a dream.
You have to get use to the feeling of being in a dream while knowing you are in one, after that you have to understand that ANY and every thought you have controlled the dream. In a sense thoughts in the dream shape it, so you are shaping your perceived current reality (the dream) to your thoughts. This is good and bad. Because if you unintentionally think of idk, think something attacking and ripping you apart (the wanding mind is werid) it WILL happen and you can cascade into a frighting nightmare untill you wake up. Same is true of good things. Have to learn to control your thoughts very carefully because any time though even for a second, influences the dream.
There's other ways to learn to lucid dream. I only know how from deep meditation and making the connection so now when I sleep normally, I'm able to recognize when I'm dreaming and able to control the dream. You don't want to do this all the time though. Doing this is...well kind of brain work. So do it to much and you will start waking up tired.
