the americans have been scot free for everything they did.
there needs to be a punishment or the resentment will never go away.
russia had to go though the hell that was the post soviet era of the 90's, and that was good enough.
the american needs the same at minimum.
not just for europes sake, but for the americans themselves as well.
right now they are not sane, and they need something very bad that snaps them out of it.
