     @nixCraft For some reason, I really dug every aspect of Windows 95. Not even Windows 98, specifically Windows 95, even though it's never been my everyday OS.

     @nixCraft WordStar -- it was a nearly perfect writer's program. You never had to move your hands from the keyboard -- my fingers still know the command set.

     @nixCraft Roon. while not perfect, I think it's the slickest home music server interface, and the desktop, mobile and remote versions can be switched between almost seamlessly.
