     I disagree. I hate operating systems that force (!) me to choose a (secure) password.

     There are use cases (like virtual machines) where this is completely unnecessary and it is annoying having to set a "complicated" password first, just to remove it seconds later with "sudo passwd".

     I much prefer informational warnings over forcing arbitrary password requirements on users.
