     One thing I heard was that the original devs/designers retired in some studios. Possibly from Rockstar too.

     @BroDrillard @VIcFury @ColdOnesLite Id' bet there were plenty of buyouts and investments then, too. Took a while for the industry to catch on but once they saw video games as movies in terms of box office return, it probably got a lot less fun to come into the office for the 90s nerds
