@suquili I work with too many post military cold war boomers, so my take is colored by them quite heavily. In the liberal ones I've seen a kind of sorrow, where they were so fearful of the end they didn't live sometimes.
But the warboomers will sometimes bay for war, they need it. They were raised in the shadow of their 'greatest generation' grandfathers, and told they had to prove worthy of that by outdoing their courage in WWIII when the day came.....but it never came.
So they're like labradors, raised in a tiny yard to hunt ducks, never actually let out beyond the fence to do what they were bred for, endlessly chewing on a decoy
