The absolute state of hoholtards
-
@DK_Dharmaraj Should have reflected on the Pyrrhus quotes after Kherson lmao
-
@DK_Dharmaraj War is about casualty ratio. That's the most important metric.
-
@General_Ursus @DK_Dharmaraj War is about rendering your opponent to the point of being unable to wage war. Ukraine relies entirely on allies who cannot support the cost of their war.
-
@DK_Dharmaraj I think they're right. If the ukrainians are allowed to retreat, this "victory" will have been a great defeat. The Ukrainian strategy was never to hold onto cities like Vuledar or Bakhmut indefinitely, but to inflict as high a casualty ratio on the Russians as possible. They've done that. The only way Russia wins is if they cut off the retreat.
-
@General_Ursus Nah
-
@General_Ursus @Shadowbroker2135 @DK_Dharmaraj Bruh we fucked iraq like a couple years before our current occupation and we still havent won. Afghanistan was a massive L. What are you talking about?
-
@General_Ursus @DK_Dharmaraj Not really, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, the US had the superior KDR but still lost.
-
@Shadowbroker2135 @DK_Dharmaraj Those countries were devasted and never recovered.
-
Ukraine has to pull back, they have no choice. Ukraine has the advantage of fighting an asymmetric war. I would have already dropped uniforms and broken into small warfighter cells and harassed supply lines and rear support troops.
-
@Evil_Bender @General_Ursus @DEERBLOOD @DK_Dharmaraj @ElTigre That would work in Ukrainian areas (maybe) but they’d have poor results trying to hide in Russian areas occupied by Russian troops. That was always part of the puzzlement, why the Ukes wanted to fight to the death to occupy areas filled with people who hate their guts.
-
The same as always with Russia, assault with numbers, flank encircle repeat
-
@Evil_Bender @DEERBLOOD @DK_Dharmaraj @ElTigre The encircling might not happen. Ukraine is pulling back. So far this battle has gone completely perfectly according to the Ukrainian strategy. A few more bottles like this and Ukraine will win this war.
IF they can escape. Big if.
-
@ElTigre @DK_Dharmaraj Casualty ratio is EVERYTHING in war. Everything. The side with the better ratio almost always wins. Moreover, they win in a real sense because they're not as devasted.
-
@General_Ursus @ElTigre @DK_Dharmaraj So wait. The ukrainians were operationally encircled and pounded with fires and its the RUSSIANS who had the worse k/d ratio? How is that even possible? That sounds ludicrous
-
@DEERBLOOD @ElTigre @DK_Dharmaraj Yes. Because Russia has been doing the frontal assaults. This war favors the defender. Modern warfare favors the defender for a lot of reasons. Do you want me to explain the tactics of this war?
-
@General_Ursus @DK_Dharmaraj Take a wild guess which conflict this is from, and which side is which.
Casualty ratio is a decent measure of military performance, but it's just that, a performance metric. It doesn't determine anything.
-
@DK_Dharmaraj @stevetim The Sun is a great source.
-
@General_Ursus @DK_Dharmaraj @stevetim >The Sun is a great source.
-
@DK_Dharmaraj @stevetim And this isn't random footage. I guarentee you that. I've got gokd sources. It's just, Ukraine is uploading this stuff every day. I'm sorry, but it's happening. I don't know what to tell you.
6 tanks a day is low balling it. Maybe 10.
-
@General_Ursus @stevetim You're fucking retarded
-
@General_Ursus @stevetim "I've got good sources" lmfao such as?
-
@stevetim @DK_Dharmaraj Again. Idk. But it's not funny. Russia is taking immense casualties. I see them losing like at least half a dozen tanks a day. You obviously only watch one side of this war.
-
@General_Ursus @stevetim I don't know what you think you're watching but I can guarantee you you're not seeing six tanks lost a day
-
@General_Ursus @DK_Dharmaraj What exactly do you think the casualty ration in Bakhmut has been
-
@stevetim @DK_Dharmaraj No idea. 2 to 1 maybe. In favor of Ukraine. Maybe a little more. Maybe even 3 to 1.
-
@General_Ursus @DK_Dharmaraj lmao
-
@General_Ursus @stevetim @DK_Dharmaraj >1.2 million
>dragging fresh conscripts off the street
Pick one.
People were tricked into signing up for Territorial Defense. The age of conscription was expanded. The AFU's numbers don't match the situation. And IF they have enough fighters, why would Zelensky call for American sons and daughters?
-
@stevetim @DK_Dharmaraj Russia has about 850,000 troops in the field to Ukraine's 1.2 million which includes about 50,000 foreign fighters. Mostly from America Poland Israel Georgia France and the UK.
