@adiz @sknvlv there were no such guarantees. And NATO cannot push anywhere, since joining it is purely voluntary. Again, if you look at the map, those Eastern European countries that are in NATO right now didn’t exactly join the soviets voluntarily but were annexed or forced into the commie block.
