     I got a call from my HMO right after making this post. "ahh, good, they want to talk about this nonsense!"

     Nope! They wanted to schedule a CT scan, after I had an appointment on Monday where my doctor said I didn't need a CT scan

     it turns out my COBRA (which is a pointless organization where you pay them so they can pay your HMO) sent a letter to my HMO saying I intentionally ended coverage as of July 1st.

     @foone fun fact: COBRA fine print declares that COBRA is per state. So, if you get COBRA in state 1 as you move to state 2, then you have a baby in state 2 before you realize COBRA stopped covering you when you moved, its a super fun time when the entire uncovered labor&delivery charges hit you.
