     @Tactical @mactonite Isn't that the one where a brother and sister get into some sort of accident/incident, leaving them both on death's door, and the brother finds himself waking up in his sister's body in a hospital room?
     
     I don't think it's tranny shit, but it definitely would have a few leeches fantasizing about the premise. Definitely nowhere near the kind of genderbenders I've read where it gets handwaved with magic bullshit afaik

     @Rhodesian_YuKari @mactonite @Tactical I watched almost until the end but I had to drop it. I don't recommend it, and although it's got weird gender stuff as is typical in Japan, it's got nothing to do with troons.
     
     Now I'll elaborate more on why I dropped it: The main character is a young teenager who has a sister complex. He gets attacked by a monster in his post-apocalyptic world and some mad doctor does a brain transplant to save him, so his brain is now in his sister's body (his sister is dead at this point). He goes on to travel the world looking for who that doctor was and also looking for a guy that used to take care of him and his sister.
     
     Near the end he finds his former caretaker but then said guy for whatever reason straps him to a bed and rapes him and forces him to watch in a mirror how his sister's body is raped. It's just NTR shit. *spit* *spit*, I curse the author.

     Heavenly Delusion, I just kind of picked it up to watch a bit and then went "ok, they're making some weird ass references to gender in here, is this a trannylator or is this some troon anime shit?"
