The Rockefeller Foundation pre-war developed a eugenics program meant to curb the nigger population in America. This was never implemented, as eugenics became a taboo subject after the war. However, post-war the RF now had a new population to experiment with in the form of the defeated Japanese at the mercy of America.
Still, the project was considered too inflammatory, and was never *officially* implemented... the occupation army simply implemented all of the project's policies without attaching a name to it.
Under the guise of "public health", the Japanese were introduced to birth control, abortion, and sterilization. The efforts were considered the most successful attempt at population control in the world, and 80 years later the Japanese can't figure out why their birth rate has cratered.

I don't think your average Japanese cares much about the intricacies of politics, beyond the stuff they are taught in school and the usual memes and gossip-drama.
The ignorance of these issues with the Jews is perhaps worse in Japan than the West, even though Japanese tend more toward nationalism than post-WWII Western normalfags.
