Shit like this makes me not feel bad about dropping out of the job search and focusing on taking care of my nieces, helping out my parents, and volunteering in my community. If I'm working for free it might as well be for people I care about.

@Bush @Shlomo I swear that faggots like this deliberately set up /r/antiwork to be a giant pile of losers so that people would decide the best course of action is to do this type of shit.

What are you giving your workers in return for this? You can't expect workers to go the extra mile for you if you won't do it for them.

@Bush @Shlomo to be fair, there may be some meaning in this statement: there are newbies who don't want to work more than 8 hours (even when there is a deadline) and those that are inflexible, and sort of refuse to do anything other than what they believe is their job description. In other words, there's a lack of understanding of the reality of a business. Other than that it's b.s. working for free can be an option after school but obviously companies need to pay enough to pay those extreme rents, we shouldn't allow them to leech off the zoomer parents.

@ArdainianRight @Bush @Shlomo obviously companies need to pay more. An underpaid employee has every right to only work the minimum.
