   i deployed a fancy new LG 27GR95QE-B OLED 27" 2560x1440 monitor for work today which is the first (big) OLED monitor i've experienced. the refresh rate is quite unbelievable (scrolling and mouse pointer make optical trails in my brain) and the colors are glowing. unfortunately it has sth like a 2x2cm mura blotch area that is visible only in dark greys. i'm tired of sending stuff back .__.

   also got a razr viper 8k hz mouse which is a significant upgrade in terms of precision and handling.

     ok, there's a bizarre "image cleaning" function that takes 5-10 mins in the monitor and it got rid of the mura blotches

     @mntmn My old Plasma TV had a clean function I ran every so often that got rid of any artifacts/ghosting. Basically just a white bar on a black background that swept across the screen for 15 minutes.
