     @rlier23 @YeetLibs I don’t think she’s necessarily changed from who she was then. She grew up in America, so she’s poisoned with some degree of the American liberal progressive outlook. Chinese are “the bad guys” (this is also the case from a certain native Japanese perspective as well) so standing up against Chinese bullies is very different from standing up to trans bullies. Standing up to Chinese bullies is not nothing because you’re still opening yourself up to online harassment, but on the other hand if you never really cared what those people thought to begin with AND you’re going to get unlimited upcummies from the American liberal progressive types who are the people you actually identify with, like, and want to be respected by, it’s kind of an easy “moral” win to go for. Standing up for pikamee? That’s a whole different ball game. Now you’re talking about being on the wrong side of history. Now the libtard Americans will be the ones who get mad at you, and that’s who you want to impress. Basically she has no motive to speak up this time, and I think if these things had happened days apart instead of years we would have seen the exact same results because she’s a shitlib at heart.
