Where to now after the ICJ decision?

The ICJ has ruled that Israel’s occupation of the West Bank is in violation of international law & called for the withdrawal of settlers & reparations for those affected.

The Secretary-General transmits the Advisory Opinion to the General Assembly, which requested it.

The General Assembly will decide how to proceed in the matter.
