     @nixCraft kinda. I'm always looking for existing code to do what I want, because usually it's only a tiny piece of what I want to do overall, and I want to get to the full solution ASAP. But I'll also read the source and profile it, and rewrite it if it's obviously sub-opimal in places.

     @nixCraft Not really. As someone who was a software dev and am a music tracker artist.

     Telling a dev there's already a library to do X is like:

     Telling a music producer there are already a bunch multi-hundred dollars vsts in your collection that do the same sound.

     It may be true, but that doesn't put an end to the creative process.
