¼ pound of dried beans, washed
1 bay leaf
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp good paprika (not the cheap stuff, this is the key ingredient)
1 tsp liquid pecan smoke
16oz of water
High pressure, 21 minutes (20 if you like em firmer)
You can use smoked paprika but then you should use less liquid pecan smoke probably.† top dog :pedomustdie: likes this. -

Cook on medium to high until either water is at rice layer or until the rice is cooked. Then add 1/4 of a stick stir still melted in and let sit for 10-15 minutes. -
