As we can see USSR was producing way more trucks per year than they were getting in lend-lease, especially in the critical pre Stalingrad days. If you want to actually look at the truth then compare the number of trucks produced in total by the USSR from 1933 up until 1943 vs received from America, and from the numbers above the number produced by the USSR is waaaay bigger, dispelling your myth of American trucks being pivotal.
