Everyone who comes to know Jesus, does so, by receiving from Him.

They receive, righteousness, son-ship, forgiveness, love and care.

It is in this state, that a man is "in the spirit".

But, such a man may be easily removed from the spirit with this one simple trick! Simply tell that man "Jesus has done so much for you, but what are you doing for Him?!".

That seems to be all it takes to set someone down a life time walk, where they are no longer receiving from God, but instead they are hard at work for God.

It is in this state that a man is "in the flesh".

As Paul would say, having started with Jesus in the spirit, will you finish in the flesh?

A man cannot be in the flesh and the spirit at the same time. For a man will either sit with Jesus and let our Father do the work. Or, he will depart from that place of rest, and find something to do for God. He cannot do both, any more than you can be in two places at the same time.


So, I hope you will (re)connect with the only Gospel, that the Father has bought a rest for you, through Christ Jesus. This rest is fully furnished, a table set with every good thing for you to freely eat. I hope you will not be one of these foolish ones, who depart from your seat at His table, to find a hard labor.
