   @NitroDubs @PraxisOfEvil My fave 3rd world thing is the un armored guy in a hoodie who looks just as homeless as the street walkers, but he's got a riot gun strapped to his chest so he's "security"

   Some of them don't even have a reload, they go on duty and can only get a handful of ammo lest it be stolen
