All the iconography, etc. is great, but overcoming the hurdle of convincing people that the current iteration is a poisoned facade is iffy, and then modernizing the philosophy is, well, it’s already failed several times.

The other non-racial societal basis I’ve seen is militant Christianity. In some ways its prospects are better, in other ways, not so much.
