i was curious about wait times at one of the local hospitals since it randomly came to mind and yep, has only got worse. 7 hour wait. incredible

@mord @GoyGirl @graf This is exactly what happens over and over again in the US. White families who have assets, documents, homes, credit scores they care about, and guilt about owing money get ruined by hospital bills. Niggers and spics just wipe their ass with the bill and/or disappear.
Don't ever feel bad for a hospital BTW. They write it off as "charity care" and they're all so bloated with worthless administrators they clearly have money to waste.

@GoyGirl @graf ERs in the United States are required by federal law to provide a medical screening exam and treatment for critical health conditions, if necessary, to literally anyone who walks through the door. Regardless of ability to pay or citizenship status. It's called 'EMTALA' and it is what is known as an 'unfunded mandate', which basically means that the hospitals are told to suck it up and eat the costs. Passed in the 1980s by conservatard superhero Ronnie Raygun.
In practice this means that Juanita and Laquisha use their local ER as a free combined primary and pediatric health care clinic. Not sure about Canada but now you know at least part of what is contributing to US ER wait times

My wife's cousin works in billing for the local mega hospital, and she was telling us a story yesterday how she was dealing with an illegal who racked up over $200k during a stay that originated in the ER. After said illegal was denied Medicaid coverage on the bill, the hospital just wrote off the entire balance because they had no social security number so no way to do collections.
Same company that just handed off the entirety of their call center employees to some Mexican company to cut down costs.

Algorithm medicine, like the movie Idiocracy. My favorite. NOOOOT 😜
ER's are definitely not hasty places anymore, though. True.
-
@graf This is why 'walk-in' clinics, aka 'doc-in-a-box', became a thing stateside. And spread like wildfire in suburban settings
-
@TrevorGoodchild @mord Very telling that whenever healthcare comes up as an issue, the fact that BurgerLands healthcare system is a cash gorging cartel is never at all mentioned.
I mean, if you broke up the sick care conglomerates a bunch of jew hedgefund managers might lose money! Plus lord knows how many urban shitlibs in the managerial caste would be out of a job
-
Make no mistake, I feel nothing but hatred for said hospital. They probably own 25% of the commercial property in the city so they are everywhere and were the driving force behind getting some series of laws written in the state that prevent any new doctors providing a service if there is already enough 'coverage', giving themselves a virtual monopoly on the entire area.
To top it off, the other hospital older than them can't get quality staff so it's almost a death sentence going there, forcing everyone to use the behemoth.
-
@mord The toxic effects of medical conglomerates and health care networks on their surrounding communities are also another disgusting consequence of the Amerikwan sickcare cartel.
This is exactly why anti-trust laws were first written
-
@Paultron @TrevorGoodchild @mord On a related note, one thing that shitlibs love to occasionally crow about is how “Blue states are makers and Red states are takers.”
What happens to the blue state economy if Zog collapses and Medicare/Medicaid can‘t prop up the health care cartels anymore? Or if the college cartels can no longer fatten themselves on student loans?
-
@DW2 @TrevorGoodchild @mord you don't want to print infinite money to redistribute to "community health managers" and insurance companies run by massive financial conglomerates? you just want people to be sick!!
-
@TrevorGoodchild @AmonMaritza the problem is that we have anarcho-tyranny - rules will be enforced VIOLENTLY against whites, so you are often signing people up for a police state blender when this is suggested.
On top of it, normie whites see SOMEONE being punished for abusing the system and like it.
-
@sickburnbro @AmonMaritza This is also what I was trying to get at. Just because Paco doesn't have to pay his 250k hospital bill doesn't mean Joe Sixpack will get the same leniency. Something to keep in mind.
-
I think Biden just said no one has to pay small medical bills anymore.
-
@AmonMaritza I will always support Whites being a nigger to this pig system. There will unfortunately be severe second and third order effects from that, however. Mainly related to ER coverage and the final death of US private practice medical groups.
-
@DW2 @Paultron @TrevorGoodchild @mord And what exactly does a blue state "make"? Subsidized healthcare, credentialism enforcement that wanes with each passing day, "tech stuff".
For every blue state MBA that's taught to think in terms of widgets, there's not a single place in their local area that produces one.
