A friend just reminded me that not every knows: in your browser, the combination of "get UBlock Origin" and "disable custom fonts" feels an awful lot like "I just bought a new computer", in terms of how fast everything suddenly feels.

In Firefox: settings -> general -> fonts -> advanced, uncheck the box, then get UBlock Origin here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-CA/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/

If you're using Chrome, Bing or Safari, you can go to https://mozilla.org/ , download Firefox, and then do the same steps.
