BREAKING: One of the three Black teens charged for the gunshot murder of a beloved New Orleans tour guide was unmasked as an illegal immigrant from Honduras, authorities said on Wednesday.

Authorities also revealed that the shooter, an unnamed Black 15-year-old, was roaming the streets with a broken GPS ankle monitor issued for a totally different crime.
