     Don't get the Ti, get the regular one (preferably an EVGA FTW3 Ultra one)
     The Ti draws like 100+ extra Watts for a maybe ~10 FPS increase on average, it's an astoundingly bad card.

     and a 4060 for $225-250
     and a 4070 for $300-350
