     I'm depressed and my day is ruined. At least I got better sleep last night vs. the night before and I'm somewhat acclimated to this schedule now.

     I had a vivid dream that I tracked down my ex-fiancee (who I'm still not over and haven't seen nor heard from in about 10 years) in San Diego and she was married with 2 kids and had gotten a bunch of her tattoos removed and was living a pretty normal healthy life and we exchanged a brief conversation and then hugged and went our separate ways and I knew as I walked away in this dream that it would be the last time I'd ever see her again.
