   "WOW look at all the cool stuff what will you play with first"

   there's literally nothing there of interest to me. All of it looks like something you need for 10 year olds

   Which really drives home my constant idea that "this would be super cool if I had kids". This is the best sleepover house around, but I'm an adult - you want me to sit in the chair and play arcade games alone?

   No wonder these creatures love marijuana so much

     @WashedOutGundamPilot I know so many 40-something people like this. They're clinging to their childhood, probably as some sort of emotional cope/safety-net to help them accept the fact that their poor life choices have resulted in a collapsing society and annihilation of their bloodlines.
     
     A buddy of mine, and I use the word "buddy" loosely, has his entire basement filled with Star Wars "collectibles" and floor-to-ceiling shelves stacked with 90s DVDs. As he sits in his plush chair with his wife each night (no kids) watching goyslop TV, he's convinced all those things "are worth a lot."
     
     "Check this one out bro - it's from 1984 and still unopened!"
