     @meso @lucy interesting, i only ever used paracetamol and ibuprofen against infections (idk if this actually works my grandma told me it does)
     
     tbh if you have an pain that can be managesd by weak painkillers like this its probably not worth taking them

     @momus it's as good for pain relief as placebo, but expensive and causing liver damage.

     @momus @meso paracetamol is a decent anti-inflammatory drug but does little to relief pain, same as ibuprofen. it's just the only working ones really are opioids/opiates or benzos
