Hi everyone ! Wuhu for once i woke up "early" on my own ! Still have to get up now tho :blob_pats:

In a few hours I'll have an interview with my manager at work because the hotel where I work could permanently hire me as a bartender (i'm now only doing extras). The only certain thing is that I need money. But I care so much about free time and self-management of my schedule... not sure about whether to accept or not.

I think I'll ask for 12,40€/h before tax and 25h/week. Any negociation advice ?
