     @nixCraft Hmm. Windows 11 did not care on my machine but then, it was running in Virtualbox, which emulates the hardware it needs just fine. Wouldn't want to contaminate my boot sector for windows since Windows runs much better as a guest under Linux than Linux runs as a guest under windows.

     @nixCraft I did the same for my dad about a year ago. But with Ubuntu. He's been super happy.

     @nixCraft I tried to do the same with my father but he resisted to use Mint so I had to roll back. He is still using Windows 7. 🤷♂️
