     Revelation that rivals the most outrageous soap opera plotlines, Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao finds herself in hot water after FBI raid exposed a scandalous web of corruption and illegal activities.

     The FBI investigation uncovered a money laundering scheme involving donations to Oakland gov officials, including Mayor Thao herself. These funds were allegedly funneled through a sex trafficking and drug ring operation, nothing says "political integrity" like a side of human trafficking and narcotics.
