   Why do these people always need money? Their entire lives are subsidized as is, yet every other time you see one of these primates on the street it's to essentially threaten/sympathy bait random decently dressed people into giving them cash (as if anyone carries around cash these days, specifically because of people like this).
   
   I remember my mom always dressing like crap to go out and get gas, never understood why until I was an adult, it was to make her less of a target for Tyrone and his aggravated begging antics.

     @Shadowman311 During all the years I worked in the hood, one of the things I dreaded the most was going into or coming out of the convenience store and being hassled by some black dude begging for money.
     
     "Boss! Hey boss!"
     Motherfucker, I don't sign your paycheck.
     
     "Excuse me sir..."
     You know damned good and well you don't respect me enough to call me sir, and this is probably the only time you even attempt to use proper, formal language.
     
     I had one guy that hassled me every other day for nearly 2 months with a sob story that he had a hungry baby, and he needed money to buy formula. I eventually asked him why his baby hadn't starved to death yet.
     
     Yeah, in addition to worrying about the encounter suddenly turning violent, the dishonest, obsequious attitude made my skin crawl. It was like dealing with a black, much bigger, possibly armed Gollum. The whole time they were licking your feet you had to be worried they were going to stab you for the $10 in your pocket.
