     @MK2boogaloo @lina The party made the simple challenge of starting a big fire in the rooms by using furniture and alchemist fire to kill the tree man. into a multi hour slog where they were just complaining about they cant just roll over the boss like they always do

     @Groomschild @lina @MK2boogaloo Speaking of tabletop, I reran a Cyberpunk Red oneshot I bad previously made. New party ended up doing the same thing last one did which was having a guy smuggle himself in by pretending to be part of their cult. All in all was fun

     @supersid333 @lina @Groomschild I'd like to play more TTRPG. I think I made a mistake by being a rogue because I'm poor in battle. But there's a good side to this, I could do anything but combat encounter so the party relied on me a lot.
     
     Next time I'm gonna be a full blown wizard like Gandalf.

     @MK2boogaloo @lina @Groomschild 5E makes playing some classes feel awful and Rogues have some of the worst of it being a martial without multi attacking. My genuine tip for playing that class is to start investing in the holy trinity of Bags of Marbles, Caltrops, and Alchemist's Fire to give yourself extra things to do in combat. The occasional Bear Trap also works wonders in an ambush.

     @supersid333 @Groomschild @lina @MK2boogaloo The trick is to make the puzzle boss run out of HP approximately 15 minutes after the session is supposed to end or as soon as someone gets a nice crit.

     @Codeki @supersid333 @lina @MK2boogaloo Tell them multiple times that the nigh invulnerable creature weakness is fire. Kill it with fire. Still roll every turn to do a knowledge check on how to kill it because meez is rule lawyering.

     @Groomschild @Codeki @supersid333 @lina @MK2boogaloo Do nigh-invulnerable template wrong, don't ask Cook where the weak point is supposed to be beforehand, make boss's weakness a damage type the party can't reliably produce in large quantities thus making the fight a huge slog, throw pissfit when no one is having fun
