     1. location to the entrance
     2. height of the urinal
     3. The presence of children
     4. dividers or lack thereof
     5. broken/clogged/otherwise unusable ones
     6. desperation
     7. are the other pissers your homies or strangers
     8. penis side relative to others
     
     This is what I've got off the top of my head as a quick rundown
