     Nowadays I spend so much time with customer service and bug reports, there is not enough time left to work or sleep.

     It should not be my problem if companies have shitty systems not allowing normal operations.

     Most of the companies handle system design and quality problems with equally bad customer service. Or they hide problems making it impossible to contact them.

     It is really weird process and design if a refund needs me to reset my phone or create new account
