     There's literally nothing to accept, those are legitimately mentally ill people who obviously don't have control over their lives, and they should be assisted in regaining their control, not assisted in delving deeper into their delusions. Or they're just attention whores (more likely than not tbh)...
     Whatever may be the case, you rationally wouldn't give a gun to a schizophrenic because he believes he can kill the demons chasing him, so why should you let any sort of trans-whatever go deeper into its delusion :zt_shrug:
