Gamersnexus did an entire exposee about Asus America and how they're scamming people under warranty, steal from people, replacing good stuff with shitty ones, shoddy repairs, blackmail etc. Hours of videos and explanations, reading through asus emails full of spelling errors and irrelevant shit. (gee i wonder what kinda people wrote them huh?) "This is systemic" they said. Its because of capitalism and profit the YouTube pundits scream.
Unable obviously to answer the question : "when wasn't it about profit? Didn't ibm charge monopoly prices back in the day?"
