   In addition to how messed up “private messages” are on Mastodon, I’ve also noticed I can see posts from “private” accounts I don’t have permission to follow if they use a hashtag I follow. That seems… not great @Gargron

     @Meat_Bucket There are no private accounts. If the post is public it's public. What's the icon next to the timestamp? Is it a globe?

     @Meat_Bucket This just means the account owner reviews follow requests instead of accepting new followers automatically.
