     And it is still working. It#s beeing replaced by #wayland more and more but still works fine, but slow and sometimes messy on several #linux boxes. cheers!

     @nixCraft X is 40 years old and a literal spaghetti of code, so Wayland is recommended, it is not perfect, yes, but everyone should at least test it because it will become a standard & X will disappear forever, well not forever forever, but forever as cannot be found on up-to-date pages

     @nixCraft I prefer X11 over Wayland. Mostly because my nVidia GPU never worked on Wayland.
