     @suquili @ChristiJunior it does for me, but I still drink and a convenient excuse to go the bathroom :akko_giggle:
     I have more tolerance for milk where 3 entire glasses is the limit before I shart

     @luithe @ChristiJunior I'm tryna gain weight/muscle so I was drinking 6 cups per day (3 pint glasses daily). But there's a lot of fat in milk + it's giving me body acne I think, so I cut down to just 1. Drinking it right now
