  @eff When I was a boy the narrative was even more broad: "the Internet is harmful to children's mental health".
  Dear children, do what I did: study networking. Learn how TCP/IP works. Learn how virtualization works. With a simple Linux-powered device (like Raspberry Pi), some knowledge and a lot of stubbornness, you can bypass any kind of censorship anywhere.
