An illegal immigrant from El Salvador has finally been arrested for the brutal 2023 rape and murder of Rachel Morin, a White mother of five, in Bel Air, Maryland.

Police say the suspect took advantage of the nation's crumbling southern border to drift all over the United States, committing heinous crimes while living a "cheap life" on the road.
