ThinkPad + Linux Distro = 💔 for Your Old OS

Terminhell (terminhell@mastodon.social)'s status on Tuesday, 18-Jun-2024 01:31:37 JST Terminhell @nixCraft can confirm. I have two older thinkpads (an e and yoga series) that are running fedora. Manjaro before that. Even the fingerprint scanner just works. Fwupd even gets occasional firmware updates still. A night and day difference on overall usability, battery life etc.
