     @verita84 @alex @Moon as long as two autonomous systems that are capable of talking to each other are up, then yeah. But in theory, it would be like expecting electrical substations to handle extra loads when one goes down.
     
     I would like to mention the Quantum Leap episode where two Brooklyn thugs from 1964 were sent to Buffalo to cause an outage with a single hair dryer.
