This is the tell. They'll complain about not being represented or cared about or whatever or act shocked if you point out that they are now the hegemony, but they say and do this. They'll cope endlessly about how all the "pride" stuff companies do is performative and cynical, "rainbow capitalism", etc. But how do they react when a company doesn't do the "cynicism"?
