Just saying there has to be a reason why mass killings in Finland are always 5 or less casualties even though we have far less security and police officers in public spaces. It can't be just "Finnish people less violent hurrdurr" can it?
     
     By eliminating/lessening the availability of a common murder weapon does make sense to me.
