@DW2 @sickburnbro Spokane is enthralling in it's duality. a blue dot in eastern Washington that elected a former news anchor Nadine Woodward to mayor. right next to it sits Spokane Valley, a suburban area that leans Republican that split from the city of Spokane in a vote back in 2001 for better resident representation and tax reasons (think like that town that recently split from baton rouge) The City of Spokane has a homeless and drug problem but Spokane Valley has none of that. Despite sharing a bus system.
A great example on two different outcomes depending on enforcement of the problem.Kenny Blankenship likes this.
