Adding a note to my response acknowledging this.

Only complaint I have with this blogpost is a brief mention of "trolls". I reckon those people were sincere, just spooked by the very notion of opt-out analytics. But it responds constructively to those of us who did likewise, many of whom share our opposition. I can't expect more.
