So if you have an old phone running Lolipop or newer sitting in a drawer somewhere and it still works, you can turn it into a webcam for your PC. Sure the quality isn't the greatest, but its a budget option to get a usb webcam if you didn't have one already (or are like me who owns a cat who likes to chew through every dangling cable he can find).
