     @PixelDroid @pixelfed This seems to be a more general issue, as I've now noticed that ALL imported photos only show up as gray squares in the web interface, if I'm not logged in, while they are visible there if I'm logged in. Pixeldroid for some reason displays some of the imported photos as previews, but not all. Here's a screenshot.

     Might be related to this issue?

     @kallekn @pixelfed could you send me some screenshots of the issue? What is shown when there are no previews?

     @pixelfed However, if I am not logged in, the imported photos don't seem to be visible at all. They are just grey squares. Why is this and can that be changed?

     @pixelfed I'm importing my Instagram posts to pixelfed.social and generally it seems to be working fine, but some images have no preview in the @PixelDroid app. This seems to be a recurring issue.

     I deleted some of the photos that didn't have a preview and imported them again. That seemed to work, but after the latest import batch I now have more pictures without previews. What is the reason for this behavior, and should I delete the imports again?
